Yes, I understand it quite well. Obviously you do not understand the petrodollar system, without which the USD would be toilet paper.

You also do not understand that Europe is objecting to the US sanctions against Russian oil and gas. They have their own refineries.

You also do not understand that two of the largest oil companies are not American. BP- British Petroleum. Shell- aka Royal Dutch Shell. Citgo- Owned by the Venezuelan government. THEIR oil takes very special methods and equipment because of the weight of their crude being so heavy (and therefor highly valuable, why US companies covet it, not just volume).

I think you need to spend more time educating yourself on the subjects you discuss.
